Abstract:
A case of progressive scleromyxedema is described in a 61-year-old man. He was treated with dermabrasion of the nose and forehead, which resulted in cosmetic improvement. The patient had systemic symptoms including transient aphasia, memory loss, near-syncopal episodes, and respiratory difficulty following treatment.
