Cervical Sagittal Alignment in Patients With Basilar Invagination

Basilar invagination (BI) significantly alters cervical sagittal alignment, causing forward-tilted craniums and distinct upper/lower cervical lordosis differences compared to healthy individuals. Sagittal vertical axis C2-C7 is a key indicator in BI patients.
