The Relationship Between Lateral Nasal Wall Collapse and Nasal Obstruction

Lateral nasal wall collapse, often seen during breathing, does not correlate with a patient's nasal obstruction symptoms. This finding challenges its use as a sole indicator for nasal valve surgery.
