[Suggestions for improving the use of halo fixation with a metal construction piece]

An easier application of the halo fixation is obtained when the elbow linking the construction with the head ring is replaced by a double elbow possessing a lateral side length of 3 cm. This allows a better execution of X-ray examination in the lateral ray path.
