Background:

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is increasingly popular due to its minimally invasive nature.
Ethnic variations exist in nose anatomy, injection techniques, and desired aesthetic results.

Purpose of the Study:

To explore expert opinions on ethnic differences in nasal anatomy.
To understand procedure-related considerations for nonsurgical rhinoplasty across diverse ethnicities.

Main Methods:

Four expert aesthetic physicians from diverse ethnic backgrounds and regions participated.
Experts were questioned on product choice, injection technique, safety, and practical tips for nonsurgical rhinoplasty.

Main Results:

Similarities in technical steps were noted among physicians.
Significant differences in baseline nasal anatomy and patient expectations, attributable to ethnicity, were identified.
Physician and patient expectations for successful outcomes vary by ethnic background.

Conclusions:

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is a high-demand procedure.
Ethnic variations in patients must be carefully considered during the planning and execution of nasal filler injections.
