New liposomes targeting CD44 enhance the immune response against tuberculosis (TB). These CD44TA-LIP liposomes boost macrophage (MФ) killing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) and improve T-cell responses in mice, offering a promising TB therapeutic strategy.
