Bone Flap Preservation in Subcutaneous Abdominal Pocket for Decompressive Craniectomy

Subcutaneous abdominal pocket preservation of bone flaps for decompressive craniectomy is a useful technique in pediatric patients. This in vivo method may reduce bone resorption compared to cryopreservation in children undergoing cranioplasty.
