Elevated Endogenous Testosterone Levels are not Associated With Significant Clinical Morbidity

Higher natural testosterone levels in men are not linked to adverse effects seen in testosterone therapy. While hematocrit increased slightly, it was not clinically significant, challenging current safety thresholds.
