Severe Bilateral Ectropion in Lamellar Ichthyosis: A Case Report

Early medical management of congenital lamellar ichthyosis-associated ectropion in newborns can prevent severe ocular complications. This case report highlights successful treatment with oral acitretin, emollients, and supportive eye care.
