Intrathyroidal Parathyroid Adenomas in Primary Hyperparathyroidism: Clinical and Imaging Findings

Intrathyroidal parathyroid adenomas (ITPAs) are rare causes of persistent primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). Ultrasound is effective for ITPA localization, aiding successful surgery and preventing recurrence.
