Comparison of Commonly Used Methods to Predict the Final Height in Constitutional Tall Stature

Adult height prediction for children with constitutional tall stature using Bayley-Pinneau and Tanner-Whitehouse methods is useful, though not perfectly accurate. These methods provide valuable estimates even in early childhood, but clinical practice should acknowledge their limitations.
