Tumor immunotherapy boosted by R837 nanocrystals through combining chemotherapy and mild hyperthermia

This study developed a novel drug delivery system combining imiquimod nanocrystals with polydopamine and chitosan hydrogel for melanoma treatment. The system effectively induced immunogenic cell death and enhanced T cell infiltration, inhibiting melanoma growth and recurrence.
