  • Enhancing nursing students' problem-solving skills requires supporting goal setting through self-leadership and strengthening goal commitment.
  • Fostering critical thinking and curiosity through diverse simulation experiences is crucial for effective nursing practice.
  • Educational strategies should integrate self-leadership development and critical thinking cultivation to improve patient care outcomes.
