Radiotherapy (RT) alone does not effectively prime anti-tumor immunity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Combining RT with focal adhesion kinase (FAK) inhibition overcomes this, enhancing T-cell responses and improving survival in preclinical models.
