    Background:

    • Tuberous sclerosis is a genetic disorder characterized by the development of benign tumors in various organs.
    • Renal lesions, including angiomyolipomas and cysts, are common in tuberous sclerosis patients.
    • Angiomyolipomas are the most frequent renal manifestation, but renal cysts also occur.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To determine the prevalence and characteristics of renal lesions in patients with tuberous sclerosis.
    • To evaluate the diagnostic methods and treatment outcomes for renal lesions in this population.

    • Retrospective review of medical records of 274 patients with tuberous sclerosis.
