  • To assess differences in PLT aggregation between females with PA and healthy controls.

  • Studied 40 female patients with PA and 30 healthy controls.
  • Assessed adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and collagen-induced PLT aggregation using photometric aggregometry.

Main Results:

  • No significant differences in PLT count or volume between groups.
  • No significant differences in ADP-induced PLT aggregation.
  • Significantly higher collagen-induced PLT aggregation in patients with PA (p<0.001).

Conclusions:
