Summary

Intraoperative neuromonitoring signals, specifically upper extremity somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEPs), can predict recovery in patients with complete traumatic cervical spinal cord injury (tCSCI). Detectable SSEPs indicate a greater likelihood of improved motor scores and functional grade conversion.
