Cystadenoma of the biliary system presenting as an abdominal mass in pregnancy

Cystadenoma of the biliary system is a benign tumor associated with few symptoms and usually normal laboratory data. This tumor carries a good prognosis with total resection. We present the first case of a biliary cystadenoma complicating pregnancy.
