Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Applicant Perceptions of Virtual Interviews.

Background:

• The 2020-2021 integrated plastic surgery interview cycle was conducted virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

• To investigate the perceptions of integrated plastic surgery applicants regarding the virtual interview process.
• To identify the strengths and weaknesses of the virtual interview format for residency selection.
