[Treatment of chronic arterial insufficiency of the extremities by quantum hemotherapy]
Abstract:
Quantum hemotherapy--reinfusion of small quantities of UV irradiated autologous blood--was used in 121 patients treated for chronic arterial insufficiency of extremities. Good results of the treatment were obtained in 57% of the cases, satisfactory results in 20%. The use of radionuclide methods gave an objective improvement of the major blood flow and microcirculation.
