Full Mouth Rehabilitation Using Telescopic Removable Prosthesis.

• The patient desired a functional and aesthetically pleasing prosthetic solution with no visible metal clasps.

Observation:

• Examination revealed favorable remaining tooth positions in the upper arch for a telescopic denture.
• The lower arch's remaining teeth were suitable for a removable prosthesis.

Findings:

• A treatment plan involving an upper telescopic removable complete denture and lower chrome cobalt removable prostheses was proposed.
• This conservative approach aimed to reestablish the occlusal vertical dimension and restore oral function and aesthetics.

Implications:

• This case highlights the efficacy of combined telescopic and removable prostheses in managing complex edentulism.
