Orchialgia After Living Donor Nephrectomy: An Underreported Entity

Testicular pain, or orchialgia, is a common complication after laparoscopic donor nephrectomy (LDN) in men. This study found that nearly 40% of male LDN recipients experienced testicular pain, highlighting it as a frequent post-operative issue.
