Thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) for uncomplicated type B aortic dissection (uTBAD) showed similar mortality and hospitalizations compared to medical therapy over 5 years. However, a sensitivity analysis indicated lower mortality with TEVAR when early deaths were included.
