Prednisolone does not improve olfactory function after COVID-19: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial

Prednisolone did not improve olfactory function in patients with persistent post-COVID-19 smell loss. This study recommends against using prednisolone for treating olfactory disorders following COVID-19 infection.
