Relationship between Dermatitis and Joint Replacement: A Nationwide Population-Based Cohort Study

Joint replacement surgery does not increase dermatitis risk overall. However, younger patients (<60 years) may experience a higher risk of developing dermatitis after joint replacement.

Conclusions:

- However, a notable increase in dermatitis risk was identified in patients younger than 60 years following joint replacement.
- Age appears to be a critical factor in the development of dermatitis after joint replacement.
