Are Caffeine's Effects on Resistance Exercise and Jumping Performance Moderated by Training Status?

Caffeine supplementation enhances muscular strength, endurance, and jump performance in both trained and untrained individuals. The training status did not significantly alter these ergogenic effects of caffeine.
