Single-cell transcriptomics in bone marrow delineates CD56dimGranzymeK+ subset as intermediate stage in NK cell

Human natural killer (NK) cells have three subsets with unknown relationships. A novel intermediate subset was found, clarifying NK cell development and differentiation pathways in bone marrow and blood.
