Summary

Chromosome abnormalities were found in two children with immunoglobulin A (IgA)-deficiency, both exhibiting developmental delays and congenital defects. No increased chromosome instability was observed in asymptomatic patients, ruling out X-ray hypersensitivity in IgA-deficiency.
