- A significant association exists between COVID-19 and invasive fungal sinusitis (aspergillosis).
- Uncontrolled diabetes and excessive steroid use are critical factors exacerbating this condition.
- These factors necessitate careful management in patients with COVID-19 and suspected fungal sinusitis.
