Summary

Serial intravitreal injections (IVIs) for neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) using anti-VEGF agents, with povidone-iodine (PVP-I) asepsis, reduced meibomian gland loss and ocular inflammation. This treatment may benefit the ocular surface in nAMD patients.
