The Relationship Between Partial and Full Range of Motion Deadlift 1-Repetition Maximum: A Technical Note

Full range of motion (FROM) and partial range of motion (PROM) deadlifts (DL) are comparable in resistance training. The PROM 1RM DL can be accurately estimated using the FROM 1RM DL, suggesting interchangeability in training programs.
