This study validates flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry scoring systems for classifying blastoid B-cell neoplasms. Combining both systems significantly improves diagnostic accuracy for challenging cases, aiding in distinguishing high-grade B-cell lymphoma from B-lymphoblastic leukemia.
