Summary

A new peritoneal purse-string suture (PPSS) technique significantly reduces symptomatic lymphoceles after retzius-sparing robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) with extended pelvic lymph node dissection (ePLND). This approach offers improved patient outcomes by minimizing this common complication.
