Are We Overoperating on Isolated Orbital Floor Fractures?

Orbital floor fracture size and inferior rectus rounding are poor predictors of late enophthalmos. Patients without early enophthalmos are unlikely to develop it later, questioning current surgical indications.

- The current indications for surgery may need re-evaluation based on these findings.
