High frequency jet ventilation for congenital diaphragmatic hernia

High-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) is effective for congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) management, whether used as a primary strategy or rescue therapy. This study found no significant differences in survival or key outcomes between ventilation methods.
