Cycloaddition enabled mutational profiling of 5-vinyluridine in RNA

We developed a method to detect 5-vinyluridine (5-VUrd) in RNA. This technique uses mutational profiling to identify 5-VUrd by observing primer extension stops and misincorporations during reverse transcription.
