Before emergency aneurysm surgery, CTA or DSA? A single center experience

CT Angiography (CTA) may be preferred over Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) for diagnosing intracranial aneurysms causing subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), potentially reducing hospital stays and aiding emergency procedures.
