Improving Sleep with Far-Infrared-Emitting Pajamas: A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial

Far infrared (FIR) pajamas did not significantly improve sleep quality compared to sham pajamas in a pilot study. However, FIR pajamas showed a trend towards reducing physical fatigue in adults experiencing poor sleep.
