Amniotic Membrane Transplantation for Macular Hole Closure

Idiopathic macular holes refractory to standard surgery can be successfully treated with amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT). This innovative approach achieved anatomical success in all three cases without complications, offering a new option for challenging macular hole repairs.
