Symptomatic secondary spinal arachnoid cysts: a systematic review.

Secondary spinal arachnoid cysts are challenging to manage, with iatrogenic factors, trauma, and hemorrhage being common causes. Surgical resection offers a lower recurrence risk than fenestration for intradural cysts.
