Ocular Surface Metrics in Blepharospasm Patients After Treatment With Botulinum Toxin Injections

Botulinum toxin injections significantly reduced eyelid spasms in blepharospasm patients. Treatment also improved dry eye symptoms, enhancing ocular surface parameters and patient quality of life.
