Polylactic acid (PLA) 3D printing offers a cost-effective method for creating polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) molds. This technique, enhanced by chloroform vapor smoothing, successfully produced PDMS-glass wells suitable for cell culture without impacting cell morphology or cytokine expression.
