This study introduces a cooperative computing strategy for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) to efficiently monitor emergency events. The proposed dynamic clustering and Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) approach optimizes resource scheduling and computation offloading for large-scale networks.
