Urinary catecholamine excretion, cardiovascular variability, and outcomes in tetanus

Severe tetanus involves autonomic nervous system dysfunction (ANSD) linked to catecholamines. This study found adrenaline and noradrenaline levels correlate with ANSD development and intensive care unit (ICU) stay duration in tetanus patients.
