Conclusions:
- HRV from v-PSG was not confirmed as a reliable predictor of questionnaire-assessed dysautonomia in iRBD patients.
- Confounding factors significantly impacted HRV predictability in this cohort.
- Further research is needed to clarify the role of HRV in iRBD and alpha-synucleinopathies.
