Molten-salt etching synthesis of delaminatable MXenes

Abstract:
A LiF-involved molten-salt etching method is proposed for yielding delaminatable MXenes with comparable quality and supercapacitive performance to those made by solution etching. This approach combines the benefits of molten-salt etching in processability with high exfoliation efficiency of solution-based etching method.
