Alicia Quella is director of PA relations for the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in Johns Creek, Ga. Roderick S. Hooker is a healthcare analyst and retired researcher. Reamer L. Bushardt is a professor, provost, and vice president for academic affairs at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and a research associate in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School, both in Boston, Mass.
