Abstract:
In this issue of Cell Reports Methods, van den Bor et al.1 report a novel assay called NanoB2, which harnesses the use of nanobodies to broaden the applications of NanoBRET approaches for investigating ligand pharmacology. They demonstrate the generalizability of NanoB2 on a range of membrane proteins.
