Abstract:
We report a 3,500-gram non-functioning adrenal carcinoma in a 43-year-old male. The only clinical symptom was the mass effect on the abdomen. The associated pathologies (duodenal ulcus, cholelithiasis, and thyroid nodule) were treated in the same operation. The large size of the tumor, its slow growth rate (more than 6 years), and the long survival after surgery (20 months) are emphasized.
