Summary

This study found that early-onset intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) and late-onset IUGR have distinct prenatal ultrasound features and postnatal outcomes. Lower estimated fetal weight percentiles improve IUGR detection rates, guiding closer prenatal monitoring.
